Blackman To Chair WTO Committee on Trade and Environment

Chad Blackman of Barbados has been announced by the World Trade Organization as the WTO Chairperson of the Committee on Trade and Environment. Blackman is Barbados’ Ambassador to the WTO and UN at Geneva.
