The inclement weather caused by tropical cyclone Two has forced regional carrier Liat to cancel several flights within the southern Caribbean.

According to a press release from the airline, the cancelled flights for this evening are:

LI 309 from St. Lucia to Trinidad
LI 307 from Barbados to Grenada
LI 307 from Grenada to Trinidad
LI 393 from Barbados to Guyana
LI 737 from St. Vincent to Trinidad
LI 738 from Trinidad to St. Vincent

The cancelled flights for Tuesday (January 20th ) are as follows:
LI 392 from Guyana to Barbados
LI 310 from Trinidad to St. Vincent
LI 310 from St. Vincent to St. Lucia
LI 308 from Trinidad to Grenada
LI 308 from Grenada to Barbados

Liat says it is monitoring the system and will post another advisory tomorrow morning at 11 o’clock. The airline also says “passengers who have been affected will be allowed to re-book within the next two weeks with all change fees waived”.

Flights to the northern Caribbean have not been affected.
